How we can help
Indago Academy offers a range of solutions for developing and supporting researchers and fostering research capability and excellence.
For individuals, we offer career coaching sessions, in which we work with you individually (or in small groups) to identify practical strategies for career planning, overcoming barriers and achieving research and career goals. We also provide CV reviews and polishing.
For managers or organisational leaders, we offer the opportunity to work with you to implement successful, evidence-based career development programs to help motivate and support your early and mid-career researchers to be productive and successful.
For those working outside of the academic/research sector, we offer consultancy, training and capacity building in research and evaluation, for example to help you evaluate and demonstrate the effectiveness of your programs.
Further details of our services are provided below.
Our career coaching programs comprise personally tailored coaching sessions in which we work one-on-one with individuals or small groups, either face-to-face or virtually.
