How we can help
Indago Academy offers a range of solutions for developing and supporting researchers and inspiring research excellence.
For researchers, we offer career coaching sessions, in which we work with you individually (or in small groups) to identify practical strategies for career planning, overcoming barriers and achieving research and career goals. We also provide CV reviews and polishing.
For research managers, School or organisational leaders, we offer the opportunity to work with you to implement successful, evidence-based career development programs to help motivate and support your early and mid-career researchers to be productive and successful.
We also offer keynote presentations and practical, interactive face-to-face workshops, that can be delivered one-off or as part of a series. These are typically organised via research managers - you provide the venue and participants, we'll bring the experts to you!
Several of our workshops for researchers are also available in digital format, to work through in your own time.
Further details of our services are provided below.
